Terms of use
What this site is
Provider Ledger publishes derived facts about official government lists: which company appears, on which list, from when to when, taken from the publisher’s own page or file on the date recorded. Every fact is dated and carries a link to its official source; see Method for how it is collected and Proof for how it can be checked independently.
It is free to read, in full, without an account. The data controller for the personal data it holds is covered on About and Privacy, and how it is funded on Funding. Payment never changes what is published or in what order.
What it is not
Everything on this site is information taken from official published sources, presented as recorded. It is not tax, accounting, legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for checking the official source directly. It is not a statement that any company is approved, licensed, endorsed or recommended; see what this record is not. Take advice from a qualified professional before relying on it for a decision.
Accuracy
The record is compiled with reasonable efforts to reflect what each official source published on the date shown, and it is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, including as to accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. A parsing error, a source that changes shape, or a delay in detecting a change can all affect what is shown at a given time. The guards described on Method exist to reduce that risk, not to remove it. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Links to other sites
Each fact links to the official page it came from, and some pages link elsewhere. Those sites are run by other people. This project does not control them, is not responsible for what they publish or how they handle personal data, and a link is not an endorsement.
Payments
This site does not process payments and holds no payment details of any kind. Nothing on it is offered for sale, and no company can pay to be listed, ranked, moved or removed.
Acceptable use
You may read, link to, quote and reuse the record as set out below. You must not:
- present the record as an official publication, or suggest that a government authority or a company on a list endorses, operates or has reviewed it;
- present a company’s own statement as an official record, or an official record as a company’s statement;
- use the record to identify, contact or target an individual, or to infringe anyone’s privacy;
- exceed the published allowance of the API, or otherwise interfere with the site’s operation or try to gain access to anything that is not published.
Reusing this record
The derived facts on this site (the dates, the statuses and the change events) may be reused with attribution back to this site and, where practical, to the original official source each fact came from. Some sources publish under terms that do not allow republishing the source file itself; where that applies, this record links to the source rather than reproducing it, and the same limit applies to anyone reusing this record.
A company statement published on a company’s page is provided by that company and is reused subject to the same rule: attributed to the company as its own statement, never presented as an official record.
Corrections and changes to these terms
A correction to the record is never made by editing a past entry; it is a new, dated event, consistent with the append-only log described in Proof. These terms may be revised from time to time; the version in force is the one published on the site at the time of use.
These terms accompany the record as published for the run dated 25 October 2026.
This page is information taken from official published lists. It is not tax, legal or professional advice, and it does not replace checking the official source.
