Provider Ledger
A dated, sourced record of which providers appear on each government’s own official lists, the regime each list belongs to, when each record began, and when it ended.
What this is
Official lists are published as they stand today. When a list changes, the previous version is usually gone, and nothing shows who left, when, or what the record said before. This project watches each official source over time and keeps that history: additions, removals, and the date each happened, backed by the snapshot taken and a hash-chained log of every change. Method and Proof explain how.
A record here is only ever what an official publisher put on its own page. It is not collected from third parties, applications or submissions. No contact person, home address, personal email address or telephone number is gathered or shown, and where a provider’s only name is a person’s own name, the name is withheld. The reason is on Privacy.

- Not a claim that a company on a list has been approved; see what basis means. Some official lists explicitly state that appearing on them is not an approval, and this record keeps that distinction.

Independence
This record is independent of the authorities whose lists it records and of the companies on them. No authority operates, endorses or has reviewed it, and no company on a list has any say in whether it appears, what is recorded about it, or where it sits. A company may add a dated statement beside its own record, and that is all.
There are no sponsored rankings, affiliate links or paid placements. How the project is funded today, and what would have to be stated if that were ever to change, is on Funding.
Neutrality
Official records and anything a company states about itself are stored and shown separately, and a company statement never overwrites or is merged into an official record. Each is dated and labelled as what it is. Ordering is published and fixed: alphabetical for company lists, most recent first for change and withdrawal lists. Payment never changes whether a company appears, or where. See Method for the full rule.
Correcting the record
A company’s statement about its own record, where the register holds one, is shown beside the official entry, dated, and labelled as provided by the company. It never replaces or edits the official record. This copy of the site was built without a contact route for statements, so none is given here.
